Okay, I think its kind of hilarious how I made this big deal about coming back and the not posting again for A YEAR, but I've still been dancing this whole time. In fact after about 9-10 months (not actually sure) my teacher has decided it is time for me to move up a level. Or two. Or 5 actually. Yup, apparently all the other teachers have been aware of me for a while and they all think I'm ready to move to level 7! And since its sumer I can finally take more than one class through the week. I wanted to take 3, but that just won't work money-wise. But I am taking two and they're both an hour and a half each instead of just an hour like before. I will be taking one level 6/7 Pre-Pointe class (because i was scared to move up so quickly so I chose the mixed level class lol) and I will still be taking the beginning teen ballet class the next day because the only other two girls who eventually joined the class wont be around for summer so it will basically be back to my "private lessons" and I can ask for any help on anything i learn from the level 6/7 class. There is one more level 7 class the day after with the only other teacher I actually know, but that would rack up the cost of taking all the classes to at least $300 and my family is very tight on money as it is. I've actually been applying to jobs specifically for this, but no one has replied yet which is very frustrating. But I have until July 9th for summer session to start. I am very excited but also completely terrified but I keep telling myself I have to just do it or I'll regret it later. But anyway, I just wanted this to be a message that while sometimes it feels like youre going nowhere, if you put i the work , you will get the rewards :)
Oh yeah and remember to
DANCE ON!!
